Shipping and Returns
Damage Claims
  Damage Claims:    Please open and inspect all contents of your shipment at the time of delivery.  If you're not satisfied with the condition of your shipment, make a note describing the damage on the "Bill of Lading" before the driver leaves, or, refuse the delivery.  If the driver is unable to wait, make note on the Bill of Lading, "subject to inspection for damage."  Shippers may not honor damage claims unless these procedures are followed.  Keep original boxes and packaging.   Please call within 72 hours of delivery with any damage claim.  After a product leaves the manufacturer, the shipper is responsible for any damage that may occur.
How much is shipping
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout Page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Ship To Address
  We are unable to ship to any P.O. Box.
Truck Delivery for oversize items
  Oversized items are shipped by truck and are "tailgate" only.  You will be responsible for getting the product into your facility.  For an additional fee, inside delivery may be requested when placing your order.  Please call customer service: 630-516-9019.
When will my order ship
  Most items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturers, 1-3 weeks after order is placed. Depending on the time of year, some furniture items may take up to 6 weeks to ship.
How do I return my product?
  Returns: If you find it necessary to return an item, please contact our customer service at 630-516-9019 for a return authorization number. This is necessary to accurately and quickly process your credit. Only authorized returns can be accepted. * All returns must be in unused, re-saleable condition. * Product must be in the original packaging. * Restocking fee of 20% and return shipping may be charged. * Returns must be made within 30 days of shipment date.
